Welcome to ExhibitTrader.com’s free estimating tool providing exhibit owners’ real time resale values for their used exhibits. Much like Kelly Blue Book provides resale values for cars; our patented estimating calculator uses several variables to determine the resale value of an exhibit.

To obtain a “Quick” estimated resale value for your exhibit, simply answer a few basic questions about the display in our Estimator Tool on the right side of this page. Once completed, scroll down to put in your contact information and click submit. Upon clicking submit, a pop up window will appear with the estimated resale value based on the information you entered about your exhibit. We will also email you a copy of this resale value along with other helpful tips and instructions on how to sell your exhibit via our pre-owned market place.

Your will notice that our estimating tool also allows for the uploading of exhibit photo(s) for a “custom” estimate. Photos are not required to receive a “Quick” estimate; however our experience shows that some trade show exhibits may contain unique custom elements that can affect its resale value. If you would like a more personalized “Custom” estimate of your exhibits resale value, please upload photo(s) when using The Estimator tool before clicking submit. Upon clicking submit, a pop up window will appear with the “Quick” estimated resale value based on the information you entered. Along with the “Quick” estimate, our Pre-Owned team will further review your submitted photos and information and send an email with a more customized evaluation of your exhibit resale value along with other helpful tips and instructions on how to sell your exhibit via our pre-owned market place. This is also a free service and due to a more in-depth analysis required, our turnaround time on custom estimates is approximately two business days.

For more than 15 years The Estimator tool has proven to set realistic expectation for those looking to sell their trade show exhibits. The resale values provided are based on buying trends in the current pre-owned market and balanced with the focus of successfully selling your display. While our estimated resale values are accurate assessment of the booths market value it is only a suggested starting point to determine your resale asking price; you are free to list at whatever price you feel fair.
